The project calls for the renovation of elevators located in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in San Diego, CA. Scope of work includes: rebuilding the operating assemblies and cabs for passenger elevators including lobby controls; installation of an air conditioning system in the elevator machine room; installation of ventilation fans in each elevator; installation of CCTV and lighting tied to an emergency power system; performance of all necessary upgrades for ADA compliance; upgrade all elevator hoist-ways; overhaul, re-pack and re-sleeve all hydraulic buffers Work also includes all required verification testing.
